

In 2019, we partnered with Mr. Atul Mahajan to develop Balance, an on-demand yoga mobile application catering to wellness-conscious users in Arizona, USA. From branding and mobile development to launching a compelling social media presence, our end-to-end execution brought the brand to life in three carefully crafted phases.
Phased Development Plan
Phase 1 – Foundation:
We focused on brand strategy and identity design, creating a calming, wellness-oriented aesthetic and a unique mascot to represent the brand’s personality.
Phase 2 – Mobile Application Development:
We developed Android and iOS applications with user-friendly interfaces, seamless scheduling, and real-time booking features tailored for yoga instructors and practitioners.
Phase 3 – Social Media & Launch Campaigns:
We built a digital presence from scratch, including content strategy, campaign creatives, and targeted outreach on Facebook and Instagram to attract Arizona’s yoga community.
The Challenge
